I came across Open House quite by chance and, once appointed, Justin took away all the worry of selling a property from afar. We came to know Justin through the purchase of our property as he was the vendors agent. The sale had not been a smooth ride but Justin was there every step of the way. He just seemed to pre-empt a problem before it occurred, he was extremely responsive to our needs and the vendors could not praise him high enough for all his efforts! When dealing with issues to do with the house, it felt like having a long-term family friend handling it, someone kind, honest, diplomatic and determined. We are of course elated that we now have a new home but slightly sad we won’t have a reason to speak to Justin!
